Breakfast

  • Cinnamon oatmeal
  • Acacia senegal tummy fiber with water
  • 3 slices canadian bacon
  • 25 mg Pregnenalone; 2 Optivite PMT
  • 1 mg Testosterone lotion

Snacks

  • 2 tbsps banana chips

Lunch

  • Homemade soup: olive oil, onion, garlic, sweet potato, white potato, chicken thigh, canned tomatoes, black beans, lentils, wild rice, smoked paprika, dried basil and oregano, poultry seasoning
  • Tostitos

Dinner

  • Wild rice, canned salmon, black beans, bean sprouts, spinach, avocado with lime juice and balsamic dressing
  • Tostitos
  • Approx 2 tbsps of Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
  • Water with Acacia senegal tummy fiber
  • 2 Ambrotose; 2 Optivite PMT; 2 fish oil pills; 5 mg DHEA; 3 ProGreens pills; drop of Vitamin D
