Just as more of an FYI, here is a list of the supplements my aunt has me taking, since these will also have an effect on how I’m feeling:

Multivitamin: Optivite PMT, 2 pills twice daily

Vitamin D emulsion, once daily

Fish oil: Metagenic enteric coated high EPA/DHA, 2 pills once daily

Probiotic: ProGreens, 2-4 pills once daily

Prebiotic: Acacia senegal tummy fiber, 1 tsp twice daily

Pregnenalone, 25 mg once daily

DHEA, 5 mg once daily

Testosterone, 1-3 mg lotion once daily

CalMag 2001, 2 pills at night

Tryptophan, 2 pills at night
